Mild Steel Square Bar

Mild Steel bars are used in construction work and are available in the square, flat, round and hexagonal shapes with different sizes. Mild steel bars are used for tensile stress of RCC work(Reinforced cement concrete) slab beams. These mild steel bars are plain in surface and diameter range from 6 to 5mm. These rods are fabricated in long lengths and can be cut smoothly, quickly and can be bent without any damage.

Deformed Steel Bars:

Deformed Steel Bars

As deformed steel bars are rods of steel provided with lugs, ribs or deformation on the surface of the bar. These bars have more tensile stresses than the mild steel bars and also minimize slippage in concrete work and increases the strength and bind between the two materials. These deformed bars can be used without any end hooks and deformation should be spaced along with the bar substantially at uniform distances.
